Approximately once or twice a month I drive to Shippenville for the BEST thick cut, locally raised and smoked bacon. It’s lean, perfectly smoked and delicious! We’ve tried different types of bacon from several places and Red & White Market on Rte. 322 in Shippenville has the best bacon hands down which led me to try his other cuts of meat. Last Christmas we ordered prime rib and it too was excellent. On 4th of July I made fried chicken for the first time. We bought the chicken from Red & White and it was juicy, tender AND the largest legs and breasts I’ve ever seen. So many reasons to purchase your chicken, pork or beef from Red & White Market.
