Grilled Lamb Chops
My Dad is a great cook and master of his grill. I’m not one to order lamb at a restaurant or even cook it at home, but I LOVE his lamb chops. They are tender and tasty and always cooked to medium rare perfection. I get my love of cooking from both of my parents, my Dad has always made it look fun and when I was just a kid of 11 or 12, my Mom always let me help or try to make things on my own. I think when you let kids participate in the making of their food they become more interested in it and are better eaters. At least that’s the reason I’m going with for being such a foodie!
